Christy is an actor, playwright, and producer who has worked in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Australia over the last several decades. She was the General Manager of Lost & Found Theatre for five years before co-founding Theatre Baddeck with her daughter Hannah in 2015. She co-wrote Theatre Baddeck's flagship comedy hit The Young Ladies of Baddeck Club with Hannah, and has also written The Passion and The Rock, two musical dramas that have been produced multiple times in Southern Ontario for a total audience of over 10,000. This fall her play, The Hydrofoil Mystery, will have its world premiere at Theatre Baddeck.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Windsor and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is an actor, writer, producer, administrator, and teacher. She was the Media and Marketing Manager and Young Company Co-ordinator for Lost & Found Theatre Inc. before co-founding Theatre Baddeck with her mother, Christy, and moving to Nova Scotia where she currently resides.
