Audience Member Requirements

  • Proof of Vaccination: All audience members, artists, staff and volunteers are required to be double vaccinated against COVID-19. Audience members must present their proof of vaccination upon arrival with a piece of government issued photo ID. Click here to learn more about this provincial requirement and click here to obtain your NS proof of vaccination (if you are not a NS resident, please refer to your provincial government’s website for instructions on how to obtain your proof of vaccination).

  • Masks: All audience members and front of house staff/volunteers are required to wear a mask at all times while in the theatre. Patrons may remove their mask to eat or drink, but this can only take place while in their seat.

  • Physical distancing: Although not currently a Public Health requirement, we will do our best to provide at least one seat between “bubbles” in the theatre. Please try to keep a safe physical distance from other patrons while moving around the theatre.

Ticketing/seating:

  • Seating is general admission and purchasing tickets before arriving at the theatre is encouraged. We will do our best to separate bubbles by at least one empty seat.

  • Once you have chosen your seat, please do not change seats. Where possible, please stay in your seats to avoid crowding.

Symptom-free policy

Audience members, staff, volunteers, and artists who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the theatre. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please contact us at 902-412-7122 to arrange for an exchange or refund. If a performance has to be cancelled due to artist illness, an exchange or full refund will be issued.

Bar service

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available for sale during pre-show and intermission. These items are to be consumed only in your seat. To avoid handling of cash, sales will be Debit or Credit only.
